I’ve found the product I want but can’t select my size.
Chances are the product/color/size you've selected is unavailable. You can make another choice, or send an email to customer service, and we can work with you to get exactly what you'd like to order.
Has my order been sent yet?
Depends, typically orders are sent approximately 2-3 business days after processing. However, if your order has any special customizations, it may take longer to process. And let's be a little transparent, not all colors are kept on hand. We just don't have the space.
Can I customize my selections?
Yes, you can customize your selection. Please keep in mind that changes made to a product will result in a $5 additional charge per item, and will affect the delivery time.
Which methods of payments can I use?
SFU accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Can you give me more information about the products?
Absolutely!! We offer a variety of apparel, home décor & accessories. All information available about our products is on each product page in the PRODUCT INFO section.
Can I track my order?
You most certainly can. Once your order has been processed, SFU will send your tracking number via the email you provided. Most orders will be shipped via USPS.
You’ve sent me the wrong items.
We here at SFU strive to make it right the first time. However, accidents sometimes happen. If you've received the wrong merchandise, send it back to us and we'll send out the corrected item.
Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Typically, products will be shipped via USPS. Timeframe is estimated to be about 7 - 10 business days although this may vary. The cost of delivery is calculated when you enter the destination of the shipment. And again, we don't keep ALL stock on hand, and sometimes we will have to wait for an item to come in before we can process your order.
